Imposter syndrome – and how to beat it

Many of us are secretly suffering with imposter syndrome, even if we don’t realise it. Put simply, it’s a continuous fear of not living up to expectations, and it can strike us both in our work and our personal lives. You can’t see it, and likely your colleagues won’t spot it, but it can have a very real impact on our ability to achieve our potential and to have confidence in ourselves to deliver.
