The company worked with The Tonic Communications agency in Nottingham and was singled out for its ‘Vision Express gears up to tackle glaucoma’ campaign.

Discussing the success, Chris Daly, chief executive of CIM, said: “Despite the challenging business environment we have experienced during the past 12 months, the standard of entries for the 2018 Marketing Excellence Awards was extremely high.

"Professional marketing is a vital driver of business advantage – boosting commercial outcomes and growing talent. At a time when the return on investment and data protection rigour of marketers are under scrutiny, our winners demonstrate the value of creative marketing.

"I would like to offer my congratulations to JBH-The Content Agency, The Tonic Communications and Vision Express; they reflect the very best in global marketing talent. I would also like to thank our founding partner The Marketing Trust who help make these awards possible.”
