Are we giving the right brand experience?

Some descriptionThis year we conducted a survey of 2,200 marketers together with London-based global brand experience platform, Brandworkz. The study was commissioned in order to identify the stress-points which can hamper marketers’ ability to deliver a consistent brand experience.

Whilst three quarters of respondents believe that their employees care about customer perceptions, just 55% think that their internal brand culture is aligned to external brand value. Competition, culture, leadership and clear measurement of brand performance are highlighted as important challenges.
