The webinar is presented by Nicky Rowe. She is a strategic and commercially aware HR Consultant and Executive Coach with 20 years’ in-depth, senior HR experience in blue chip organisations. She works across a wide variety of sectors to support senior business leaders and help them realise their potential.
Nicky also works with companies supporting the development of people strategy within the organisational context and is an accredited mediator. In her extensive corporate experience, she has designed and delivered strategic corporate people plans, and worked closely with directors and senior leadership teams to deliver improved people performance. She has coached senior teams to deliver transformational corporate change and coached individuals to bring about personal change.
