Paul kicks off his presentation with the question, “Are your brand values sincere and memorable?” If like most respondents to the live webinar, your organisation’s brand values are neither great nor terrible, there is scope for improvement.
The journey to developing your brand values is worthwhile because brands with meaningful values that appeal to customers will equally appeal to prospective employees. Just think of the Apple and Google brands. Values help to differentiate an organisation, increase engagement and motivation. Ultimately strong brands build equity in the organisation.
