Responding to lockdown shifts in digital behaviour

Consumer needs, priorities, habits and purchasing behaviour have dramatically shifted during the Covid-19 outbreak, not only compared to how they once were, but also throughout this pandemic as our mindsets have shifted from survival to sanity.

For many marketers, the pandemic has been the biggest professional challenge they’ve ever faced. Some industries have seen rapid growth, whereas others have experienced a record loss in demand. If your organisation was lucky enough to remain operational and retain marketing budgets and marketing resources, then you’ve won part of the battle but not all of it.

In this webinar, Gareth will discuss findings from some of Liberty’s clients (which include high street brands such as Pizza Express and Crew Clothing Company) which show how consumers’ digital behaviour has changed throughout the lockdown. He will also share tips on how to deal with these shifts in behaviour, drawing on data and findings on how behaviour is likely to change again in the medium to long-term.
