Join the CIM Wales Committee and help us deliver added value to our members

We have two opportunities for CIM members to join the Wales Committee and help us create and deliver a range of activities designed to meet the career development needs of CIM members in this region.

CIM’s mission is to promote ethical, professional marketing practice that delivers real benefits to marketing professionals, business and society. These voluntary roles are:

Vice Chair – Events - This Vice Chair position will take direct responsibility for the planning and delivery of events, leading a small team of volunteer committee members. The Vice Chair also works closely with the Chair and supports the work of the CIM Events, PR, Membership and Education teams. The role involves planning and operations and candidates must possess the ability and commitment to effectively lead a team of volunteers.

Events Ambassador – this role involves the planning and organising of an annual events programme, liaising with our Vice Chair - Events and the CIM Events team to list and promote events, pre-event administration and event management.

We are looking for experienced marketers who not only have a passion for marketing, but also a desire to contribute time and effort to help others develop successful marketing careers. These roles are voluntary and to be eligible you must be a voting member of CIM (ACIM, MCIM, or FCIM) based in the Wales region.
