At the age of 16 where did you see yourself in 5 years?
To be an accomplished chef.
And where were you at the age of 21?
I was working as a baker.
How did you get into your current role?
Once I decided that I would like to be considered as the Chair, there was a formal recruitment process which included an interview, and I was delighted that I was the successful candidate.
What’s the thing you love most about your job?
The people and the sense of doing something interesting and worthwhile.
If you could give one piece of career advice to aspiring marketers, what would it be?
Make a real effort to understand the underpinning concepts really well.
