The Regional Committee aims to represent the marketing community. Led by Marie Wilcox, and supported by Pippa White, Marketing Community Manager at CIM, the Regional Group is dynamic, creative and welcoming to new ideas.

Marie Wilcox DipM FCIM
Marie has a passion for invigorating organisations with a strong focus on strategy, innovation and hands on business rejuvenation and has 20+ years B2B marketing experience across cyber security, complex engineering and technology across both government and commercial organisations, with award winning results.
Marie has held many senior management roles in both large corporates and small start-ups. Her unique ability of taking technical information, developing market winning propositions, building teams and delivering outbound profile and campaigns, has successfully delivered increased profile and revenue for organisations such as McLaren Applied (Part of McLaren Group), BAE Systems and Siemens.
Marie is a Chartered Institute of Marketing Fellow and is also a Board Director for the Chartered Institute of Information Security (CIISec) providing advice and guidance on marketing, communication and engagement strategies on behalf of the Institute.

Ricci Masero MCIM Chartered Marketer
A Chartered Marketer committed to continuous improvement and collaborative success, Ricci has developed a reputation for connecting audiences effectively and creating strategic marketing approaches that deliver tangible results. With a versatile marketing career spanning sectors from craftspeople and entertainment to telecoms technology and SaaS software, he is a strategic marketing professional who seamlessly bridges creative vision with tactical execution.
As a freelance strategic marketing consultant for many years and now in-house, he has consistently demonstrated an ability to craft compelling narratives and drive meaningful engagement across diverse business landscapes. Currently heading the marketing function at Intellek, an innovative EdTech software house, Ricci leads comprehensive marketing efforts covering all aspects from brand management and design, to events and digital marketing. Bringing over 25 years of award-winning industry experience, he approaches marketing with a critical eye for detail and an innovative mindset, transforming complex messaging into impactful marketing initiatives that resonate across B2B and B2C environments.
Beyond professional achievements, Ricci has a longstanding commitment to social impact, volunteering considerable time and professional expertise to supporting charitable causes. Now, as a South East Committee member, he is passionate about shaping tomorrow's marketing talent by working closely with universities and business schools to support the next generation of marketing professionals, connecting students with CIM's educational initiatives and building strong relationships with accredited university partners.

Jonathan Stringer FCIM
Jonathan is a well-seasoned SEO professional, with two decades of experience working in sectors such as eCommerce, Automotive, FMGCs, Travel, Property, SaaS and B2B. He has led and worked with marketing and product teams in-house, agency side, and on contract.
At CIM, he creates and manages content for the CIM, eNewsletter, and social media. His responsibilities include promoting events and educational activities, collaborating with Ambassadors and student teams, and ensuring compliance with CIM guidelines. His tasks include strategising and implementing communication plans, editing content, and driving engagement through blogs and news articles.
He currently runs STRINGERSEO Limited, a privately-held SEO consultancy based in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. He works on UK and International SEO campaigns for SMBs, SMEs and LEs.

Wing Tsang ACIM Chartered Marketer
Wing is a chartered marketer with over eight years of expertise in marketing and communications across FMCG, technology, and construction industries within both B2B and B2C markets. She is also a certified social media specialist.
Based in Milton Keynes, Wing offers a multicultural perspective and focuses on promoting inclusion and equity. She actively participates in initiatives such as Kingston University’s Beyond Barriers mentoring programme and the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA)'s PRISM scheme to support underrepresented students and professionals.
Her career highlights include planning large-scale industry events, managing virtual open days for university students and employers in the UK, and developing and executing a marketing plan for an international brand to increase their awareness in the United Kingdom. Additionally, she produced a ‘Highly Commended’ entry for the Building the Future Commission Competition 2023, which was published in a major trade publication.
Beyond her professional commitments, Wing volunteers with the Campaign Against Racism Group (CARG), where their primary objective is to promote social cohesion, diversity, and inclusivity by challenging racism and hate crimes through research, education, advocacy, campaigns, and collaboration with similar organisations.
Wing has also volunteered and raised funds for the Royal National Institute of Blind People through ultramarathons and maintains an award-winning blog.

Christine Bowles FCIM Chartered Marketer
Christine is a strategic marketing, communications, and PR professional with over 25 years of B2B experience in the service sector. She has held senior in-house and freelance roles across professional services, trade bodies, the civil service, and higher education.
Christine is skilled in managing budgets, teams, and multi-channel campaigns that drive growth. Her expertise includes brand positioning, performance measurement, stakeholder engagement, and building strong networks.
A Chartered Marketer, Fellow of the CIM, and Accredited CIPR Member, Christine has served on the boards of the CIM Levitt Group and CIPR Greater London Group. She has also mentored for a children’s charity and guest lectured in marketing.
Christine holds a degree in Law and Politics and an MSc in Marketing from Birkbeck, University of London. She enjoys live music, theatre, hiking, and global travel in her free time.
As Communications Ambassador for CIM’s Southeast Region, Christine oversees content, event promotion, PR, education collaboration, and social media compliance.

Hannah Allbrooke MCIM Chartered Marketer
Hannah is a passionate and results-driven charity marketing professional with 10+ years of experience in the not-for-profit sector. She currently leads a team of fundraisers and marketers at a local disability charity in East Sussex.
Throughout her career, Hannah has successfully led campaigns that raised significant funds for various causes, developed and implemented innovative marketing strategies, and managed high-performing teams. Prior to her current role, she was project manager of a city-wide fundraising art trail, which raised nearly £1m for a local hospice charity.
Hannah joined the South East Committee in January 2025 as an Events Ambassador. Leveraging her extensive experience in event planning and management, she is dedicated to creating valuable networking and learning opportunities for marketers in the region.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Hannah is an active volunteer in other charities and purpose-led organisations and enjoys board games and reading. She is driven by a strong desire to make a positive impact on her community and is committed to advancing the field of charity marketing.
