HAYS event: Are you ready for digital transformation in the workplace?
CIM members in the North West are invited to register for an upcoming event by HAYS to learn how digital transformation and the proliferation of automation in the workplace is impacting on jobs, tasks and skills in marketing.
HAYS will be presenting the findings on their ever-popular What Workers Want report. This year they examine how digital technology is changing the world of work now and in the future. Their research asks:
• How well equipped are we to deal with change?
• Do we fear or embrace automation?
• Do workers possess the right skills?
• How can we maximise the human in a digital world?
