CIM in the South West is holding two events for senior marketers in Bristol during June. Firstly, a topical debate amongst senior marketers on the convergence of marketing and PR disciplines with the rise of social media and influencer marketing is being held at JBP on Whiteladies Road on 7 June. Later in the month, on 27 June a roundtable discussion on recruitment, skills and employability is being hosted by Hays Marketing.

Plus, there is a host of new workshops planned across the South West, from Corsham to Launceston, over the next couple of months. With more to be announced for Autumn 2018.

Workshops range from introductory to more advanced masterclasses levels and include topics on Metrics and Analytics; SEO and Social Media.

Each half-day workshop takes a micro look at a particular marketing skill or discipline set against CIM’s Professional Marketing Competencies framework. Attendance can earn you 3.5 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours, contributing to part of your programme of development leading to achieving or maintaining Chartered Marketer status  – the mark of an up-to-date, experienced and qualified marketing professional. All workshops are open to non-members, are easily accessible and local to where you live or work.

If you prefer your skill updates in bite size pieces at your own desks, don’t miss the following two webinars:
