As many of you are aware the existing 'Chartered Institute of Marketing South West’ and 'Chartered Institute of Marketing Dorset' Linkedin groups were due for closure early this month. This closure has been postponed until the end of January 2015 to give users more time to join the new Linkedin group. 

CIM is simplifying its social media presence and has set up a new official group called ‘CIM Community - South West’. This is a sub group of ‘CIM official group | The Chartered Institute of Marketing’.

These changes mean members can network over a fewer number of groups, hopefully with more members - so it should be easier to keep up-to-date with regional or national discussions, news and events.

But remember you to need to join the new group CIM Community - South West.
