CIM is pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Shaw MCIM, Sales Development and Engagement Manager at Royal Mail, as its new Enterprise Ambassador for Yorkshire.

Emma has over 20 years' experience in marketing, has been involved with CIM Humber in various roles for over 10 years and received the Yorkshire Ambassador of the Year award in 2016 and 2017.  Having worked client-side throughout her career, Emma's experience includes internal and external marketing, campaign management and implementation, and events management, in particular delivering lead generating activities to large sales teams and working with them to maximise conversion.

She commented, "I am delighted to be appointed Enterprise Ambassador and be given the opportunity to promote the CIM to businesses and students across the Yorkshire region. CIM plays a key role in developing marketing skills and promoting marketing excellence, enabling practitioners to demonstrate the value of marketing in an increasingly challenging economy."
