We are delighted to welcome two new members to our board. Rebecca Harding takes on the role of Vice Chair, growth & engagement role and Michael Payton is our new small business ambassador.

We are delighted to have secured the support of two such talented and committed marketers.  We have included below an introduction to Rebecca and will profile Michael in the next newsletter.

Rebecca is founder of Saltwhistle, a successful business development, marketing and communications consultancy with clients that have included multi-national firms, SMEs, individuals and charities. Rebecca is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and on the Council of the Society of Women Writers and Journalists.

She is a well published writer, having been quoted and published in trade journals as well as national newspapers, such as the Sunday Times. She currently does the Sunday paper news review regularly and is a panel member for a discussion chat show on BBC radio.

As the new Vice Chair for growth and engagement Rebecca will work with the Chair and Network Manager to deliver regional objectives and provide leadership, direction and support to the Ambassadors and Project Team leads.

Rebecca will also use her extensive business network to develop contacts for CIM, building closer relationships with other business networks and driving forward our planned growth.
