Some descriptionLeading figures from the worlds of media, marketing, technology and creativity will meet to debate the latest marketing technologies and the challenge of putting humans first. The event will take place at the Escape Room in Birmingham on the 26th October.

The ‘Now that’s what I call creativity – Robots or Humans?’ event from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), the world’s leading professional marketing body, will provide valuable insight into the latest thinking ranging from artificial intelligence to predictive modelling and virtual worlds to gamification. It will be the second event hosted jointly by CIM Midlands and the national CIM Creative Communications Group.

Speakers include: Kristina Dimitrova, researcher & writer at Contagious; Ringo Moss, digital strategist at McCann Birmingham; Ruepal Aujla at UM media agency; and Andy McNab, VP at Rocketfuel with additional speakers to be announced in the coming weeks.

Discussing the event, Nick Oppenheimer, CIM Ambassador for creative, digital and technology said: “We all live in a digital world. If harnessed correctly the latest advancements in programmatic media, AI, predictive modelling, virtual worlds, robots and gamification offer endless possibilities to drive both results and creativity.”

The event takes place on Thursday 26th October in Birmingham city centre from 8.00am to 12 noon. An early bird ticket price of £50 for members and £70 for non-members is being offered until 14th September. Thereafter the ticket price is £65 for members and students, £85 for non-members.
