We’ll return to Hays central London head office in Cheapside. The purpose of this event is to provide an insight to the CIM mentoring program as well as to help kick start connections and networks that can enhance your performance and career. It promises to be an inspiring and energetic evening, designed for those who are interested in the CIM mentoring scheme and want to know more. Any CIM professional and studying member can participate.

Who can become a mentor?

Prospective mentors must be either Member (MCIM) or Fellow (FCIM) grade and preferably Chartered. Being a mentor will appeal to those who are willing to give their time to mentor and help shape another marketer’s future.

Who can get the help of a mentor?

Would-be mentees must be CIM members or studying members. Being mentored will appeal to CIM members who are keen to develop their career but are unsure where to begin or who want to expand upon a developing skill set.

How are mentors and mentees matched?

The CIM mentoring scheme is a flexible and open platform designed to match aspiring and developing professionals to the experience and knowledge of a mentor that suits them best.
